Finance Officer
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Process payments and invoices.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

- Financial Report Accuracy
- % of error-free reports submitted
- Timely Financial Reporting
- Reports submitted before deadline
- Bank Reconciliation Completion
- Monthly reconciliation completed on schedule
- Payroll Accuracy
- Number of payroll errors
- Tax Compliance
- Timely filing of PAYE, VAT, WHT, and other taxes
- Budget Variance Control
- Actual expenses vs. approved budget
- Invoice Processing Time
- Average processing period
- Audit Compliance Score
- Number of audit findings
- Target: 95–100% compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- ICAN, ACCA, or ATS certification is an added advantage.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or courier services is an advantage.
- Knowledge of tax compliance, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
Skills:
- Financial analysis.

- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- Time management.
- Problem-solving skills.
