Job Description
Oversees daily restaurant operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate staff activities
Ensure service standards are maintained
Handle customer complaints
Prepare daily reports
Enforce company policies and procedures.
Requirements
OND / HND / B.Sc in Hospitality or related field preferred
2 – 3 years supervisory experience in hospitality.
