Position Overview
- We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Operation Officer to oversee and coordinate patrol activities, ensure the safety and security of premises, and manage our security team.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily patrol operations to ensure all areas are secure.
- Lead, train, and motivate security personnel to maintain high standards of duty performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of security personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly to incidents and escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain detailed reports on patrol activities, incidents, and security breaches.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and evaluating security staff.
- Utilize CRM software and reporting tools to track patrol activities and incidents.
Qualifications
- Valid security license or certification required (depending on jurisdiction).
- Proven experience in security or law enforcement, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations.
- Familiarity with security equipment and surveillance systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
