Description
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactiveExecutive Assistantto support the Founder and ensure smooth daily operations.
Role Summary
- The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Founder.
- This role requires someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage tasks independently while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support:
- Manage the Founder’s daily schedule, calendar, meetings, and reminders.
- Coordinate appointments, calls, and internal/external meetings.
- Assist with planning and prioritizing daily and weekly tasks.
Digital & File Management:
- Upload, organize, and maintain digital files across Google Drive and other platforms.
- Ensure documents, folders, and records are properly structured and up to date.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and communications.
Email & Communication Management:
- Organize and manage emails, documents, and digital correspondence.
- Draft professional emails, responses, and follow-ups when required.
- Track pending responses and ensure timely follow-ups.
Project & Operations Support:
- Support ongoing projects by tracking tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Follow up with vendors, team members, or partners as instructed.
- Assist with basic reporting, documentation, and coordination.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years experience.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant (required).
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Based in Lagos and available for hybrid work.
- Prior experience supporting a founder or senior executive is an advantage.
