Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative, innovative, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Social Media Personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
- Create and manage social media campaigns and advertisements.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare periodic reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote company products and services.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: ND, NCE, Bsc,or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience managing social media accounts.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or related applications.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) management.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and digital marketing is an added advantage.
