Job Summary 

• We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide family-focused care in our organization.
• Family Nurse Practitioner responsibilities include educating patients about disease prevention, performing diagnostic tests and managing the overall care for patients.
• Ultimately, you will  work directly with patients to help identify and address complex medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Order and analyze diagnostic tests
• Counsel patients about options for their medical conditions
• Prescribe medication as needed
• Conduct examinations of the body
• Manage overall patient care
• Educate patients on preventative care and disease management.

Requirements and skills

• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum of 3 years experience
• Proven work experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or similar role
• Clinical training in family medicine
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literacy.
