Customer Success Officer
Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation for social media (photos, videos, reels, captions & stories)
- Excellent written and verbal communication ski
- Strong understanding of social media trends and analytics
- Ability to engage with customers and provide excellent service
- Creative, detail-oriented and passionate about hospitality and food
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of design/editing tools is on added advantage
- Must be proactive, organized and solution-oriented
- Must reside in Gwarinpa or environs.
