Position: Relationship and Partnerships Officer
Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Location: Abuja
Salary: N250,000-N300,000/Month + Performance-based incentives
Job Description:
Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities, including strategic alliances, affiliates, channel partners, and technology collaborators
Serve as the main point of contact for partner organizations, building strong, trust-based relationships
Lead negotiations, develop partnership agreements, and coordinate with legal and leadership teams to finalize deals
Oversee the execution and ongoing management of partnership programs, ensuring clear communication of objectives, timelines, and responsibilities
Monitor and analyze partnership performance against KPIs and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to integrate and support partner initiatives
Provide regular reports on partnership activities, pipeline, and ROI, contributing insights to enhance overall strategy
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
2-4 years experience in partnership management, business development, or client-facing roles
Proven ability to negotiate and close partnership agreements
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and in teams
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
