Quality Control Inspector
Location: Odongunyan, Ikorodu - Lagos

Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team and support inspection and quality assurance activities across fabrication and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspection activities across various stages of fabrication and manufacturing processes
- Inspect operations including cutting, stamping, notching, bending, heel cutting, and welded assemblies
- Maintain inspection records and daily quality reports in line with project requirements
- Interpret shop drawings, structural drawings, welded assembly drawings, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
- Use measuring instruments to verify product conformity
- Support internal/external audits and ensure compliance with ISO/IMS procedures
- Analyze root causes of rejection/rework and implement corrective actions
- Promote 5S methodology and maintain workplace safety standards
- Support quality control activities across Oil & Gas, Transmission Towers, Telecom Towers, and Solar Structures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Fabrication Engineering
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
- Knowledge of welding processes and NDT methods (VT, MPI, DPT, UT)
- Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
