*REQUIREMENTS*
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized institution. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or a related field will be an added advantage.
* Relevant professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, ICAN, CIBN, CFA, ACIB, or other recognized financial or banking qualifications are highly desirable.
* Minimum of ten (10) years' progressive experience in the banking or financial services sector, with at least five (5) years in a senior executive or strategic management role within a Microfinance Bank, Commercial Bank, or other regulated financial institution.
* Demonstrated experience in leading business transformation, deposit mobilization, loan portfolio growth, branch expansion, and the successful delivery of financial and operational targets.
* Strong knowledge of microfinance banking operations, credit administration, treasury management, financial management, enterprise risk management, corporate governance, and internal control frameworks.
