*📍 Location:* Victoria Island [VI], Lagos | On-site
*💰 Salary Range:* ₦350,000 – ₦500,000/month
*📊 Role Type:* Full-time | Mid-Level
*About the Role:*
You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day finances for a premium kids’ restaurant brand. This is a hands-on role with visibility to management and room to grow in the hospitality space.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Financial Reporting* - Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements
2. *Bookkeeping* - Manage ledgers, reconciliations, AR/AP, and payroll entries
3. *Budgeting & Forecasting* - Support management with cost control for F&B operations
4. *Compliance* - Ensure adherence to tax, FIRS, and other regulatory filings
5. *Software Management* - Maintain accuracy on accounting systems + restaurant POS data
6. *Inventory & Cost Analysis* - Track food cost, wastage, and vendor payments
*Requirements:*
✔ *Experience:* 3–5 years in accounting/finance roles
✔ *Skills:* Proficient in QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar accounting software
✔ *Knowledge:* Strong understanding of accounting principles, IFRS & financial reporting
✔ *Bonus:* Prior hospitality, restaurant, or F&B experience is a strong advantage
✔ *Traits:* Detail-oriented, reliable, high integrity, and can work under pressure
