We are looking for an experienced Travel Manager to oversee daily travel operations, manage clients, lead staff, and drive sales growth.
*Requirements*
* 3–5 years' experience working in a travel agency
* Strong knowledge of ticketing, reservations & travel operations
* Excellent customer service experience
* Computer literate (email, MS Office, booking systems)
* Digital marketing experience (social media, WhatsApp marketing)
* Leadership and team management skills
*Key Responsibilities*
* Oversee daily travel operations
* Supervise ticketing & reservations staff
* Manage key clients and handle escalations
* Drive sales and business growth
* Support digital marketing and lead conversion
