Responsibilities

• Operations: Oversee floor management, including pre-opening checks, service flow, and closing reports.
• Guest Relations: Cultivate relationships with guests, ensure elite service delivery, and promptly resolve complaints.
• Financial & Sales: Manage operating budgets, oversee pricing and inventory control, and implement strategies to increase sales.
• Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and schedule employees, while monitoring performance and enforcing service standards.
• Marketing: Develop promotional strategies and coordinate events to increase brand visibility and attract foot traffic.
