About the Role
- We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, customer acquisition, and market presence in Port Harcourt.
- You’ll work closely with sales and leadership to build campaigns that actually convert.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop quarterly and monthly marketing plans aligned to business goals.
- Execute integrated campaigns across digital, radio, OOH, events, and community outreach.
- Own the marketing budget and ensure efficient spend with measurable ROI.
Lead Generation & Sales Support:
- Design and run campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Set up and manage lead tracking, follow-up systems, and conversion reporting.
Requirements
- BSc / HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2-4 years proven marketing experience.
- Demonstrated success with lead gen campaigns and brand campaigns.
- Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, MS Office.
- Strong copywriting and public speaking skills.
- Must reside in Port Harcourt and work onsite Mon-Fri.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly + commission.
