Client Service Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a positive customer experience
- Assist clients with account opening, documentation, and account maintenance processes
- Provide timely updates on products, services, and investment-related information
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient resolution of client requests
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support client onboarding and engagement initiatives
- Monitor and follow up on client requests to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, client relationship management, banking, asset management, or financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and relationship management abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
