Finance Manager

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Utilize ERP accounting systems effectively (experience with Orion ERP is an added advantage).
- Oversee collections, payments, and general accounting processes.
- Analyse operating expenses and prepare insightful financial reports for management.
- Prepare financial schedules and weekly/monthly management reports.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based financial templates, reports, and analytical models.
- Liaise with the Group Finance Office and cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and resolve audit queries.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Drive process improvements, digitization initiatives, and operational efficiency within the finance function.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Lead and supervise the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
Requirements
- Professional qualification: ICAN (mandatory).
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Experience in a large manufacturing or building materials company is required.
- Experience within the tiles, granite, natural stone, ceramics, cement, or related manufacturing industry will be a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with ERP accounting systems (Orion ERP is preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
