Restaurant Supervisor / Food Outlet Supervisor

Job Description
- We are looking for highly responsible, fast-thinking, and disciplined Food Outlet Supervisors to manage our Isheri and Yaba outlets.
- The Food Outlet Supervisor is responsible for the total performance of the outlet, overseeing both sales (front end) and production (back end).
- Your focus: Speed, Quality, Cleanliness, Control.
Work Structure:
- Shift Pattern: One Day On / One Day Off
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Flow Management:
- Ensure smooth daily operations across sales and kitchen
- Maintain fast and efficient turnaround time between sales and production
- Prevent delays, backlog, or service breakdown.
Production Oversight:
- Ensure all meals are prepared correctly, consistently, and on time.
- Enforce portion control, quality standards, and presentation.
- Minimize wastage.
Hygiene & Cleanliness:
- Maintain strict hygiene standards at all times
- Ensure cleanliness of:
- Front End (Sales Area)
- Back End (Kitchen/Production).
Sales & Performance:
- Drive daily sales targets.
- Ensure efficient handling of all walk-in and online orders.
- Maximize revenue through effective coordination.
Team Supervision:
- Supervise staff and enforce discipline.
- Ensure punctuality and effective teamwork.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure fast, smooth, and pleasant service.
- Resolve complaints quickly and professionally.
Reporting & Accountability:
- Prepare daily reports (sales, stock, issues).
- Monitor stock usage and prevent losses.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Diploma / OND / HND / BSc in any relevant field with 2–4 years experience in QSR, restaurant, or retail supervision
- Strong leadership and operational control skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must reside around Isheri or Yaba (or nearby areas).

Remuneration & Benefits
- Salary: N100,000 - N125,000 Month.
- Performance-Based Bonus (Monthly/Weekly):
