Manager
Location: Lekki Phase, Lagos
Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily business operations.
- Supervise, mentor, and manage staff performance.
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor performance, prepare reports, and implement improvements.
- Resolve operational challenges and maintain excellent customer service.
- Drive the achievement of business goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Remuneration
- Salary: N200,000 – N250,000/month.
