Job Summary
- This is strictly an ON-SITE role in Ikeja, Lagos.
- Remote applications will not be considered.

- We started from mobile accessories, data cables and LCD screen wholesale business, and now expand into mid-to-high end talent service and headhunting recruitment for Chinese enterprises operating in Nigeria.
- We have deep local market insight, stable local channel resources and standardized company operation system.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR routine work, staff attendance and employee profile files
- Complete full cycle recruitment, resume screening, interview arrangement and employee onboarding
- Assist and prepare for headhunting and high-end talent sourcing business
- Collect local candidate resources and build up company talent pool
- Follow up mid and senior level candidates and maintain long-term talent connection
- Cooperate with talent background check and recruitment arrangement
- Keep all company business and talent information strictly confidential
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years working experience in Nigeria local HR field
- Candidates with headhunting or talent sourcing experience are highly preferred
- Candidate who can speak both English and Chinese language is highly preferred
- Familiar with Lagos local job market and recruitment channels
- Honest, careful, reliable, strong communication and execution skills
- Full time on site, strictly follow company rules and red line policy.
Salary
N160,000 - N260,000 monthly.
