Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding, training, and staff development programs.
- Manage employee performance appraisal systems and career development initiatives.
- Oversee employee relations, engagement, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Advise management on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes productivity and employee satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, staff training and development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies and strategies that support business objectives.
