Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards, and driving business profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate team members.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Prepare operational and financial reports for management.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and maintained to a high standard.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Good financial and inventory management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems is an added advantage.
