Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Draftsman to join our construction team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction plans based on architectural and engineering specifications.
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Draftsmanship or OND/HND in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; knowledge of Revit or other CAD software is an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of drafting experience in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical standards, and building regulations.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Conduct site visits and take measurements when required to support project execution.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / Month.
