Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable Dispatch Rider responsible for the safe and timely delivery of packages, documents, and items while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to traffic regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver packages to assigned locations within Lagos.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items to customers.
• Maintain proper records of deliveries and payments where applicable.
• Inspect and maintain the motorcycle in good working condition.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during deliveries.
• Report delivery issues, delays, or vehicle maintenance needs promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
• Valid Rider’s Permit and Lagos State Driver’s License.
• 1 – 2 years experience as a dispatch rider.
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes and road network.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Salary

N90,000 monthly.
