Job Title: Supervisor
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Benue, Kogi, Kwara , Nasarawa, Niger, and Plateau
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily sales and repair operations
- Manage, motivate, and coordinate sales and technical staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and help drive targets
- Make day-to-day operational decisions in the best interest of the business
- Ensure proper handling, display, and security of smartphones and accessories
- Handle basic reporting, stock control, and accountability
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of smartphones (Android & iOS), accessories, and basic phone repairs
- Proven ability to manage people and work as a team leader
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic computer literacy (POS, inventory, or sales records is an advantage).
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc Degree or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in smartphone sales, retail supervision, or electronics sales is an added advantage
- Minimum of 1 - 3 years relevant experience in sales or supervisory roles.
