Social Media Manager / Content Lead

About the Role
- We need a Social Media Manager / Content Lead who can tell DreamPOD's story online in a way that feels real, not staged.
- You'll own our content calendar, create engaging posts, and grow our online community, while working closely with our team onsite to capture authentic moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Shoot and edit photos/videos onsite (minimum 2–3 visits per week)
- Write engaging captions that reflect DreamPOD's voice
- Respond to comments and DMs in a timely, on-brand manner
- Track what content drives real engagement and foot traffic, not just likes
- Work with management on campaigns and promotions
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience managing social media for a brand or business
- Strong photography/videography and basic editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
- A good eye for aesthetics and storytelling
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
