Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our restaurant who will ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding service while managing customer inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Take and process orders accurately
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, NCE, or HND with 2-5 years experience.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability for a 5 days on, 2 days off schedule.
Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 / Month.
