Human Resources Manager

Description
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Male HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions within the organization.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with labour regulations, and supporting business growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
- Manage performance appraisal and talent development programmes.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and statutory obligations.
- Coordinate payroll administration and employee benefits.
- Maintain HR records and prepare management reports.
- Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, PHRi, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR management role.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
