Job Summary
- The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping organizational culture, improving employee engagement, and ensuring that HR strategies align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Administrative Duties:
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with company goals.
- Advise management on HR best practices, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
Employee Relations & Performance Management:
- Foster a positive work environment and handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
- Oversee performance appraisal systems and support managers in performance improvement plans.
- Address grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution in line with company policy.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and organize learning and development programs.
- Support employee career development and succession planning initiatives.
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance:
- Manage payroll processes, employee benefits, and compensation structures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2–5years proven experience in Human Resources, with at least 2years in a managerial role.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
