Job Description
- We are recruiting on behalf of our client who owns a restaurant seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager.
- The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and a positive dining experience for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management.
- Ensure high-quality food and service standards are maintained.
- Manage budgets and financial aspects of the restaurant.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
