Location: Lekki Phase, Lagos (Candidates residing in Lekki or its environs will be given priority)

Job Summary
- Our client is seeking an experienced Store Sales Representative to engage walk-in customers, promote products, process sales transactions, and deliver excellent customer service.
- The ideal candidate should be target-driven, customer-focused, and able to build strong relationships that drive repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their product needs.
- Promote and recommend products to drive sales.
- Process customer orders and payments accurately.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain an organized and attractive showroom or sales area.
- Keep accurate sales records and prepare daily sales reports.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND in any relevant field.
- 2–4 years of indoor sales, retail sales, or customer service experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic sales systems.
- Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude.
- Must reside in Lekki, Ajah or nearby areas.
Salary
N250,000 per month.
