Manager, Laboratory
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Your Key Responsibilities
- Supervise laboratory activities and testing operations
- Advise management and projects on material engineering matters
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and environmental requirements
- Manage training and development of laboratory personnel
- Oversee testing plans, documentation, and reporting
- Support resolution of material-related non-conformities
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams
Job requirements
What skills should you have?
- Technical Certificate plus 15 years work Experience, Degree in Civil Engineering (bachelor's or master's degree, diploma) or as Construction Materials Engineer will be an advantage
- 10 years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in leading a construction material laboratory
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage teams, multiple tasks, and deadlines
- Good knowledge of material testing, standards, and quality requirements
- English Language Skills at least B2/ better C1.
