Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily building and construction activities on assigned project sites.
- Coordinate contractors, artisans, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor workmanship to ensure compliance with approved quality standards.
- Ensure all construction works conform to approved drawings and specifications.
- Control material usage and minimize wastage on site.
- Monitor project progress and report any delays or challenges promptly.
- Escalate technical issues and site challenges to the Construction Manager or Construction Project Manager.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) procedures.
- Verify completed works before inspection and sign-off.
- Assist with daily and weekly project reporting and documentation.

- Workmanship quality compliance: 100%
- Material wastage maintained below 5%
- Daily supervision attendance: 100%
- Project progress achievement: ≥95%
- Rework occurrence maintained below 2%
- Contractor/Artisan productivity: ≥90%

- Reporting compliance: 100%
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Technology or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' practical construction experience.
- Registered Builder with CORBON registration (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Experience supervising artisans, subcontractors, and site activities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

N300,000 per month.
