Summary
- The successful candidate will excel in preparing local dishes and pastries, significantly contributing to the culinary experience offered to guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present a variety of local dishes and pastries.
- Ensure all food is prepared to high-quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the team to create seasonal menus.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
- Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications with at least 2 years experience.
- Strong skills in preparing local dishes.
- Proficiency in baking and pastry making.
Benefits
- Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
- Accomodation and feeding available while on duty.
