Job Title: NOC Engineer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos.

Job Summary
Remote Monitoring and Asset Performance:
Monitor inverter, plant performance across all renewable assets.
Detect alarms, underperformance, communication failures, and abnormal trends, and raise actionable calls to the PM/project execution process.
Classify incidents by severity before escalation.
Maintain dashboards for plant availability, uptime, and energy yields.
Inventory and Operational Records Management:
Track and manage inventory levels of solar equipment and materials.
Coordinate with Field Service Engineers (FSE) for prompt resolution of site escalations.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely procurement of necessary spare equipment.
Generate and maintain Material Request Forms (MRFs) and Quotations/Pro-forma Invoices for operational needs
Reporting:
Develop and maintain reports that highlight cost savings and efficiencies achieved.
Prepare and distribute weekly performance reports to stakeholders, summarizing key metrics and insights.
Identify and document any issues or challenges impacting site performance.
Provide technical support to FSEs as needed.
Maintain detailed records of equipment performance and maintenance.
Provide inputs for management and client presentations.
Reporting & Decision Support:
Prepare structured, decision-ready weekly operational reports covering downtime causes, performance risks, and efficiency gaps.
Generate energy yield, uptime, and efficiency reports in a manner decision-ready for the project manager's review.
Record recurring issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Escalation Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for site-related escalations, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
Escalate to the Project Engineer or Services with a clear fault description, probable cause, and impact assessment.
Track incident resolution timelines and confirm closure.
Coordinate with Field Service Engineers (FSEs) to support timely issue resolution.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an HND/ B.Sc in a relevant field with 5-10 years of experience.
