Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 15–20 years of proven experience in planning, executing, and delivering complex projects across multiple sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering results within scope, time, and budget. Candidates must present a verifiable portfolio of completed projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Identify project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Prepare detailed progress reports and present updates to executive management.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Mentor and supervise junior project managers and project team members.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of 15–20 years of professional experience as a Project Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly preferred.
Strong experience managing high-value and multi-stakeholder projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
Portfolio Requirement:

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive monthly salary of N500,000 – N800,000 per month, depending on experience and project portfolio.
