Job Summary
We are looking for a competent and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Festac.
The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, proven hotel management experience, and reside in close proximity to Festac for operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and security.
Ensure exceptional guest experience and promptly resolve complaints.
Manage, train, and supervise staff to maintain high performance standards.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare reports and provide strategic recommendations to ownership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant hospitality certification is preferred.
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Financial management experience is an added advantage.
Must reside within Festac or nearby areas.
Salary
N200,000 per month.
