Job Responsibilities
• Actively seek and develop production partners (individuals, individual artisans, studios, family workshops)
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess production capacity, craftsmanship, and reliability
• Clearly explain our cooperation model, including material supply and refundable material deposits
• Negotiate cooperation terms with qualified partners and collect deposits
• Coordinate trial orders and follow up on production progress
• Maintain long-term partnerships with stable partners
• Submit daily/weekly on-site inspection reports
Job Requirements
• At least 1 year of relevant experience:
• Sales experience in jewelry, handicrafts, accessories, or manufacturing
• Or on-site sales/business development experience
• Ability to work outdoors and in the field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to identify partners with actual production capacity and payment ability
• Familiarity with local artisan communities or markets (preferred)
• Honest, responsible, and results-oriented
This position is not suitable for sales novices.
Salary and Bonuses
• Basic salary during probation: 200,000; outstanding performers may be promoted to full-time employees early with a basic salary of 300,000.
• Commissions will be awarded for successfully developing and maintaining stable partnerships with production partners.
• Additional bonuses will be awarded for outstanding performance or establishing long-term partnerships.
