Job Summary
OPTICOM FINANCE is urgently seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager who can resume immediately or within one week. The ideal candidate will manage core HR functions, support organizational growth, and uphold strong people and culture practices.
Key Responsibilities
โข Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
โข Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
โข Oversee performance management, staff development, and training
โข Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies
โข Handle employee relations, welfare, and disciplinary processes
โข Maintain accurate HR records and reports
Requirements
โข Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
โข Minimum of 5 yearsโ experience in an HR management role
โข Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
โข Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
โข High level of professionalism and confidentiality
โข Ability to resume immediately or within one week is mandatory
