Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Banking Business Development Manager to join our team in Victoria Island.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in business development within the banking sector, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue expansion.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement business growth strategies to meet sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with key banking clients and stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and pitch for new accounts
Collaborate with product teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Requirements
Relevant degree in Banking, Finance, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Development Manager in a bank or banking sector
Strong understanding of banking products and services
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Proven sales and business growth track record
